Course Requirements:

To embark on this journey into the realm of cybersecurity, you’ll need the following:

• Commitment to Learning: A genuine commitment to learning and completing the course material is crucial as cybersecurity is a dynamic field that demands continuous attention and adaptation.
• A Suitable Computer: You should have access to a working computer with a minimum of 4GB of RAM. An 8GB RAM or higher system is preferable to handle advanced cybersecurity tasks effectively.

• Cybersecurity Software: You’ll explore various cybersecurity tools and applications during the course. Ensure you have access to some cybersecurity software packages for hands-on experience.

Grading Criteria:

Your performance in this cybersecurity course will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• Attendance (Participation): Regular attendance and active participation are essential and will constitute 20% of your overall grade.
• Tasks/Assignments: Completion of tasks and assignments related to cybersecurity concepts and practical scenarios will carry a 20% weightage.
• Midterm Project: You will be tasked with a midterm project to apply your knowledge and skills; it will make up 20% of your grade.
• Final Project: The culmination of your learning journey, the final project, holds the highest weightage at 40% of your overall grade.

Please note that deadlines will be strictly adhered to, and extensions will not be granted for late submissions. However, there may be a grace period for reopening unsubmitted tasks except for the midterm project before the final project submission.
